May News - please help make us a Waitrose winner

Waitrose in North Walsham have named Glaven Caring as one of their local Green Token charity partners.  When shopping in Waitrose, please do support us with one of their green tokens in store – chance to vote closes 30 June – thank you – every token helps!

Friday 1st May  - Caring for the Carers  - 10am to 12 noon - meet up for coffee with other carers and our local Social worker who is happy to answer your questions.  Do bring your loved ones with you and best to call first so we know.

Friday 15th May – Chess and Board Games - 10am to 12 noon – coffee, chat, chess, and more.  Free to attend and all levels welcome.

Saturday 30 May – 10am to 12 noon - Our popular Fundraising Coffee Morning at The Harbour Rooms in Blakeney returns– always a fun get together.   Teas, coffees and a deliciously tempting cake stall, bottle tombola, and a well stocked raffle and more.  Please do support us!

Not forgetting ……Happy Mondays, join us for lunch - two courses for £8.00, book early – 11th and 18th May

Tuesday Chatty Café mornings with raffle 10.00 to 12 noon  - donations please for delicious teas and coffees   - 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th May

 We are closed for a couple of well-deserved Bank Holiday breaks on Monday 4th May and Monday 25th  May

The Glaven Centre is now open four days a week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - closed on Wednesdays.
