What’s on in September

After a lovely summer - a Summer Bar B Que for VJ Day , The Party in The Pastures fundraiser , ice cream outings to the Quay and trips out to the Point in Poppy The WheeleyBoat, we look forward to welcoming you and yours here at Glaven Caring. 

Friday 5 September- Caring for the Carers coffee and chat.  We will be joined with a representative from Social Services who is happy to advise about support systems in place to help carers. Do bring your loved ones with you but please call first so we know.  10am to 12 noon

Every Monday – Happy Mondays Lunch 12.30pm.  Two delicious hot courses for £8.00 (please book ahead, with a quick phone call, to avoid disappointment!)

Every Tuesday – all are welcome at our weekly Coffee, Cake and Chat 10am to 12 noon

If you have family visiting and would like to borrow a wheelchair for elderly relatives, we can help with that too.  We loan all kinds of equipment - trolleys, crutches and bathing equipment in exchange for a small donation.
